Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 2 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes: Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes for quicker cooking.
